যেখানে আবেদন করতে গেলে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে সেই সঙ্গে আপনাকে গ্র্যাজুয়েশন পাসওয়ার্ড হতে হবে ডিপ্লোমা বা আইটিআই থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন ট্রেনিং অবস্থায় আপনাদেরকে থাকা খাওয়া ইত্যাদি সুযোগ-সুবিধা গুলি দেয়া হবে এছাড়াও অন্যান্য সরকারি যে সমস্ত পরিবাগুলো আছে সেগুলো মিলবে।
